Semi-Permeable Membrane Composting Technology for Domestic Waste and Feces
This technology is an efficient, environmentally friendly aerobic composting solution specially developed for the harmless treatment and resource utilization of domestic waste and human and animal feces. By covering the compost pile with a high-performance semi-permeable membrane, the system creates a fully enclosed and controllable fermentation environment to realize stable, standardized and odor-free composting treatment.
The adopted semi-permeable membrane has a unique microporous structure. It allows water vapor, carbon dioxide and heat generated during fermentation to escape freely, while completely blocking odor gas, ammonia, dust, rainwater and pathogenic microorganisms. This core feature perfectly solves the common problems of traditional composting, such as serious odor leakage, weather interference, unstable temperature and secondary pollution.
Under membrane sealing, the compost pile maintains a continuous high temperature of 55–70°C. The long-term high-temperature aerobic fermentation thoroughly kills pathogens, parasite eggs and harmful bacteria contained in domestic waste and feces, fully meeting national and international harmless disposal standards. The whole fermentation process requires no closed workshop or complex deodorization equipment, greatly reducing construction investment and operating costs.
This technology is suitable for decentralized and centralized treatment of rural domestic waste, community domestic waste, toilet feces and breeding manure. After full decomposition, the materials are converted into mature organic fertilizer, which realizes waste reduction, harmless treatment and resource recycling, achieving eco-friendly and sustainable solid waste disposal.
